Overview
Welcome to a place for the adventurous. With stories from across the globe documenting the intimate moments involved in travel, where you can truly escape your daily life. Whether that is in the streets of Paris, France or far away from civilization in the Sawtooth Mountains in Idaho, it can truly happen anywhere. This is where you lose yourself in the surroundings and truly begin to feel like a local. Those authentic moments that you adventure the world to experience. Revelry will bring those moments to you through memorable writing and original photographs that will inspire you to take your own adventures to these locations and be all the more prepared to make the most of them. So, like I said at the beginning, Welcome to Revelry.

Beginnings
This journey started when I was very young. From the moment I was born, I was always on an adventure. My first trip was when I was only an infant, at 2 weeks old. So from a very young age, I have always loved the thrill of seeing and experiencing new places - from the jungles of Costa Rica to the countryside of Italy, or seeing the amazing history in St. Petersburg, Russia. Experiencing different cultures really opens your eyes and expands your worldview in ways you could not imagine. These experiences have invigorated something inside of me that can only be found through travel.
Photography
Naturally, I started taking pictures with my parents' phones and cameras until I finally got my own camera when I was 12 years old. It was a cheap Nikon camera that was under a hundred bucks and definitely did not take the best quality photos. However, my favorite pictures are from that first camera because this is where my love for photography and travel began.

Why Share Stories?
Fast forward some time to today. I noticed that people don't have the right perception of travel. They don't like the concept of being tourists. Did you know that the word "tourists" is simply defined as "traveler" in the dictionary, but for some reason, it has become derogatory lately? My desire is to experience travel like a local and use this platform to share stimulating stories that will show you how to live like a local in these places. That is why Revelry was created - for the traveler who is tired of just the postcard scenes and wants something REAL from a place, someone who wants to get lost in the beauty of travel.
GO GET LOST
It is so hard to lose yourself in this world we live in, with the most communication we have ever had in history; we are always connected, and it’s exhausting. That is why it is important to lose yourself in a place and get lost because then you can truly appreciate that location. Hopefully through these stories, your mind will get opened up to a new way of living where getting lost and being still is a daily thing. That is what you can experience with Revelry. As we are on a mission of keeping the spirit of adventure alive forever. So go out and explore. GO get LOST.
